Have you ever considered the devastation that could be caused by a fire at your holiday cottage? Did you know it is your responsibility to ensure that your guests are safe when they stay in your property?
As a holiday cottage owner, you are required to comply with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. You, or an experienced assessor, should undertake a fire risk assessment for your holiday home, which will identify any potential fire risks and the measures you need to put in place to control them.
A fire risk assessment shows you have taken adequate precautions to remove risks and to make guests aware of them.

What we will do for you
Visit
On your instruction, we will arrange a visit at your holiday property to undertake a full Fire Risk Assessment
Assessment
We will undertake a thorough assessment of your holiday property room by room and externally. We will provide advice on improvements you can implement.
Report
We will provide a full Fire Risk Assessment report specific to your holiday cottage which should be made available to your guests.
Review
We can review your Fire Risk Assessment annually. You can do this yourself but if you need assistance we are here to help.
